Marissa Michaels is a brand strategist at Ogilvy New York, where she has worked since 2018. She graduated from Duke University in Durham, NC in May 2018 with degrees in Psychology and French. While at Duke, she was chief photographer for Duke's online lifestyle, fashion, and social publication, The Standard. She also freelanced for on-campus organizations as well as for individuals.

 

Her work has been awarded first place for photography portfolios for the 2014 Columbia Scholastic Press Association Gold Circle Awards, was juried into both the 2014 and 2015 Duke University Student Showcases, earned first place for photography in the 2013 and 2014 Washington Metropolitan Area Best of Independent Schools Art Competitions, was juried into the 2013 U.S. Congressional Art Competition, receiving special recognition from Congressman Chris van Hollen, and was juried into the 2012 Glen Echo Arts Center Labor Day Art Show.
